Birchway Niagara is happy to promote all public events that support our mission and meet our guidelines so please provide as much detail as possible. If you have questions or would like to speak to someone about your idea, please contact our Fundraising and Events Manager.

If you are raising funds for Birchway Niagara, please indicate how (e.g., ticket sales, raffles, donations)

Please list any organizations/businesses you will be approaching for sponsorship, prizes for a raffle or other types of support for your event so Birchway Niagara will not also solicit their support.

If you are a business and you are offering to donate a portion of sales, please disclose under the event description if there is a minimum donation that you are willing to provide as part of your fundraiser. If there is no minimum, this will be noted on all marketing materials.

To ensure transparency, Birchway Niagara requires community partners to disclose the percentage of funds raised that will be donated to our agency before we promote their events on our social media channels or website.

Event hosts MUST have a valid license for any 50/50 tickets, raffles or other forms of gaming (e.g., bingos) conducted as part of their event, which Birchway Niagara must apply for as the recipient of the funds. Please allow a minimum of 30 days’ notice for the license application process.
